... for Job Security and learning for upskills. I can't comment on Career growth. Company follow policies in terms of benefits and compensation. Company provides an option to work in weekends or holidays in case of huge volume / task.

There is no work life balance. Managers make us work extra hours and weekends without any overtime compensation. They would ask to cover others shift also. No proper shift rotation is there. No appreciation for the work, Worst company politics

Salary is very less even though u get any promotion. But you will get more knowledge if you are okay with less salary It will be best company to learn and gain knowledge
