Cost cutting, doesnt pay to the employee as they deserve. Ther are deducting the shift bonas due to covid19 pendemic however we are working as usual like a normal day.

...dn't even get started properly . I had dreams expectations from this company. Now I'm in a startup company , learning better, exploring,good people around good ambience and also pay structure is good too.

The management , the HR assistance for their employees, too much of politics . Workforce management group specially more . Once you're into it ,you can never get out of it.

TrendNxt is the only thing which has to be improved and also salary offered for freshers is too low which needs to be improved at least for average standard

I worked for almost 6 years on same salary package, got 1 appraisal after 4 years, after contract completion and then again didn’t get any appraisal or salary hike for almost another 2 years, when i was serving notice period just to make me feel that they are doing efforts, they ask me to accept promotion without any salary hike. They are just giving me band progression. Those were my 5+ years wasted without any salary increment or knowledge gain. I cleared AZ-900 during that period but still i was getting hardware related tickets only so there was no opportunity for knowledge progress as well.
