No good hikes and diwali bonus or gifts nothing only we have to work 24/7 . No celebrations and no two way cab only one way.

I am in a support role, with expertise in Microsoft 365/Azure cloud. Good work-life balance, although it depends on project you are allotted to. Job security is a prime factor in companies like TcS Wipro, HCL etc.

Salary hikes are on lower end in comparison with the product based companies or even startups

Politics & favoritism No wfh No campus maintenance. Untidy. No hikes and promotions(We need some buttering characteristics inside)

Compensation is very poor, no increment since 3 years. As a work not caring about employee and employees work pressure. Huge depressions everyday while going to work
