Wipro is undoubtedly one of the best organisations. Also it was my first company and they hired me on the basis of my skills, not by the experience. So I will always be thankful about that. Other than that, in Wipro you will have the best learning experience. They provide enough learning material, schedule some good external trainings on all the latest technologies. Depends on the account you are currently working.

Dislikes

They should provide more benifits and appreciations to their employees. Salary of students is really low. And forget about work life balance. I enjoyed my last five years here but the account I am currently working in is like a living hell on earth. There is absolutely no personal life left. They should either change the management or should let their employess go. They should care about their employees. Also, Employees don't get the projects on the basis of their skills or what they are trained for. They will hire a fresher as a developer and will train you and at last will throw you in some support project. Then for changing your domain you will literally have to beg. In my current account I have raised a concern multiple times that I am feeling stressed but nobody cared. Earlier they used to care about employees mental health too. It all depends on the management I guess. They should really improve and train their management not to misuse their power. Again, everything depends on the account you are currently working. The only thing wipro as an organization must change is their Ombuds process. Currently it is a complete waste of time and a biased and a useless process

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.

...ow many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.
