Oh too good company, great work life balance . To much high job security. I have seen a senior manager of my tenure who was for 7 month on bench but he did not been sacked. Great medical facility OPD plus insurance on hospitalisation. Manager is to good and cooperative.

Less pay than the market standards.

Firstly you will improve your skills and mind set. Salary is on time never delayed. Any complaint specially harassment of any type is always taken on priority and special attention on work environment.

I worked for a BIG Pharma client. Some of the project members were so crooked and biased. I was cornered and suffered a lot . It was traumatic. The higher officials were in-efficient and the freshers ,experienced like me worked like donkeys.They literally extracted the juice out of us. Tough, Critical tasks were given to individuals like us so that when we succeeded, they would take credit. If it would go wrong, they could blame us. The Technical person leading the team was incapable of high technical stuff hence he would push the work to us. He would get small projects from the client and generated revenue for the company at the cost of ruining other's life. The HR's were of no use. The management lacked transparency and dirty politics. Whoever was disliked by him ,he made sure they either leave the company or be put under PIP. Once you're assigned to that project, then there's no other way to come out .18 months in one project policy were there ,but those are just exceptions and an eyewash. Rules were broken and it was hard to get a release from the project too.
