Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is a decent but career growth is slow.

For company pay role employees benefits are good

Dislikes

For off role employees, there is no career growth and job security, even it's not sure when he/she will get on role. Maximum employees are in off role and it's also possible to retire in off role. There is no work and life balance. Management wants you to work for 365 days and if possible 24*7 without any benefits.

...o set protocols. During covid 19, at first mostly people were working from home. No salary cuts but then soon heavy shed off started. And many employees were fired.

Dislikes

I disliked that everyone is too much into work, almost like over burdened. Too much official attitude, that becomes inhumane sometimes. My opinion is, there should be a relaxed working atmosphere among colleagues at least for sometimes. Covid 19 layoff was also not a good step by company. There may be other 100 of ideas of cost savings and cost cuttings that may be executed. Firing long working loyal staff was not such a good idea.

Have been working with wipro since last 6 years in wipro if you talk about job security it is 200% I must say one can blindly trust on that also the company is very strict about the policies they follow there policies and expect the from there employees too.

Dislikes

There is nothing such as dislike but quite disappointed with the salary structure of there the salary hike is very less over that can sometimes demotivate one who is willing to work for a longer period of time.

Likes

Good leadership who helps in career growth. Transparent salary structure without unnecessary deductions. Good work life balance and culture. Lots of team lunches, 1-2 day outings and team building activities.

Dislikes

Innovation is encouraged but hardly implemented. Resistant to changes and late in adopting cutting edge technologies. Best practices are not followed at times due to time constraints.
