I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

In Covid-19 they deducted 30% salary for other employees and resigned some employees including me

Dislikes

Salary is low. Loss of pay for 1minute late in morning. You should work more than 10hrs per day strictly. Working hours will be more. Only one Saturday Sunday leave for the month. Salary deduction will be high. Company culture is worst

There is no dislike , but only one suggestion, winsar need to provide time and person to provide Hindi speak training , because there we will get more north implementation opportunity, so better to provide this too to improve our Hindi speaking skill.
