Company needs to recognize better, the opportunity in Indian market by implementing the plan to establish manufacturing operations and expand with other alternative strategies. There is a real vacuum and Winoa is in an excellent position to fill the gap. This will also provide growth opportunities to hard working & dedicated employees

Winoa is always open for innovative ideas, thoughts and latest Technology. I am a part of this team(Working since Dec-20) rejoined here. Work culture is completely professional. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Rules and regulations are really good here. Compensation is decent and company has paid to every employee during crucial time(Lockdown-2020 & 2021 of covid-19) without deductions. Another Plus point is senior management always supportive and dream job for learners or those who would like to grow and learn different things. Interaction with foreigners through team meetings. Unlimited scope for learners and bigger opportunities for carrier growth
