Most of the things, management is really poor no professionalism senior HR is really unprofessional and they won't even let you leave the company peacefully. Apart from few people in tech all are really unprofessional and salaries are really less as per market

Winni liked everything, the whole product and the method of making cake was very good. Repeated customers came a lot because of the test of the cake. personally i liked it very much

Dislikes

He bought the Asansol franchise and made his store run just by flattering himself. There were many employees and no one was responsible for the unlog. What's the problem in the store, we don't have any self interest, that's why there is no need to do it.

Very bad company there is no job security and promotion work not exits in this company also HR maneger very stupid he does't have manner talk with employee also he has neither skills and knowledge

You get to work on a lot of things involving front-end, backend, database and AWS infrastructure. I have learned working with Winni. I think that is the biggest pro of working here that you get to learn and work on so many diverse things and you never feel stagnant.
