Not at all cares about the employees state. Salary credit even delays for a month. No proper appointment formalities. Unplanned mannerism. Career growth is too slow.

welcome to be part of a winning team - WICE I am getting my salary on time and enjoying a lot of benefits like salary loans for my house construction and many times salary advances. The support from the top management is very much and i feel proud to be a part of the WICE TEAM WICE is an opt forum for any beginners and my company faced a crisis in the initial periods of my joining which made a bit salary delays but now that the company is growing rapidly and my Managers are very much caring. Those who are lazy cannot survive here but those who aspire to grow professionally can stay for long and prosper in life. I recommend WICE to star your career and grow with our WINNING TEAM !

Always late salary. They won't take care of faculties. We have to furnish our certificates for our bond. After complete bond also they won't give our last month salary. Mangers show their partiality among the faculties.

Please think about the company and ask the opinions about the company and they give you the salary .they won't mind you in any of the situation. The accommodation and food is not free. Please be careful before joining the company.
