Good exposure, Good working environment, great learning experience. Salary for the beginner is less but promotions cover it up if you're dedicated. Even the worker class is really devoted to the work. However they do long hour shifts. Company's MD is a visionary, bold and inspirational women. Loved working under her guidance. The general manager has got really great knowledge about the products. Thanks for the great learning experience Winner family!

Dislikes

Trainings could be better. This is a problem I've seen with all the growing companies. This is the best investment. No specific module/training sessions are available. R&D and marketing department needs a separate leader as all who's working are young and needs someone who could dedicatedly work and guide them. Special thanks to Sunny Gautam Sir for being my mentor and Satish Sir too.
