Its a sales centric organization, other department is just a sales support. Management & owner not interested for any development. Job security is on mercy of CEO ( basically a sales man )

Our managers are very polite and they always have your back if you are in any kind of problem.

Here, they rarely implement new tools for MIS and data analysis; they primarily work in Excel. Managing large data workloads in Excel can be challenging, as it often hangs. There’s been no effort to adopt SQL or cloud systems for database management, leading to outdated practices. This makes it difficult for newer employees to adapt.
