Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Waste company..No proper Hr is available don't know whom to contact They didn't even provide my notice period salary still, it been almost 1.5 years ...they will take original certificates while joining,Timings are stict and no appraisal ...If you dont have any option join here....cant even take breaks...No proper management...main thing Washrooms are very bad some times they are not hygiene.....and payslips are not on time..and they credit salary after 5th only

wings is a good organization. I do not know that I have not recieved full payment last time by wings management. we provide participatory training with photography and full time attended participent. we work happilyin collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

compensation is decent. but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clint calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. managers do not velue an individuals unique strenghts,
