Company policies are really Good and patient safety is the most priority of companies. HR Mam/sir is very much supports in all aspect of growth.

No increment, delay in salary. No office timing. Everything thing depends on employer mood. No Job profile. Always work on pressure. No HR policy. HR only work is to irritate and demorolized. Nothing is good. Working culture is just like "Lala Shop". Never feel like Company.

Salary is always on time and you can take good leaves also. Huge opportunity in Supply chain department because there is no system and you can play with the new ideas and your own systems.

Dislikes

The leadership team is pathetic. It is run by family members and they have no manners on how to manage and talk to employees. Very incompetent senior management. They only do what they like and can fire anybody they want to for without any reason. If the leadership team is removed then it will become a great company because the leadership team is also not interested in increasing their business. They are just satisfied with the current business scenario.

It is a nice place to work. Culture here is very good and you will feel as a second family.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, bit growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I ha e to work 16-18 hrs straight in a day as I have to work in market and prepare projection and plan for the month.
