OVER HERE THE PRODUCT BELONG TO SLOW MOVING ITEMS BUT THE SUPERIOR ARE SUPPORTIVE . RECENTLY AFTER ACQUISITION OF SOME COMPANY BY WINGREENS HAS TOTALLY CHANGE THEIR IMAGE IN MARKET.

They dont have staff yhey make us work like all department and also payment not done...my salry still they didn't give..its been 6 months. They loot the customers also...not giving their deposit refund .and pressure emplorlyees not to recive calls of customer

Arjun Sir, Director of Wingreens Farms very nice person. He is involved in all activities from ground level to management level, watch & solve all types of problems.

The company's working culture is definitely good. The team Mets were so much supportive. We can get to learn new things and new marketing strategies to grow more number of sales.

Dislikes

People below from channel head has no any respect for the downline team members. They never had supported or had given any suggestions to help out the team. Only they had to do is just command and rest you have to get done. Change this kind of people, they're just messing the company's culture.
