Company appraisals are good with fair Incentives & they give good salary hike and bonus even at the lockdown they give a incentive that things which most likely to me

The work pressure is to much & Career growth is very slow

...tress. You'll have flexible time to work but you have to work minimum 7-8 hours. Just do not expect salary increments, accept whatever they give you.

Increment policy, below the post of managers (middle and lower level employees) HR Department needs to work on Employee growth and skill development as well as their financial increment. No amenities for employees.

Hire and fire work policy. 6 days full time working, come and work like a robot and go home, remuneration is not par.
