I'm working in WWIL from more than 2 years now as a SHE executive,
I'm learning lot's of things during this and working culture in WWIL is very good (if you are here for learning & doing the work sincerely),
Currently I'm enjoying my work life with WWIL and I'm open for challenges and learning opportunities.
This company is average in worker's benifits and compensation.
Still it hasn't give increament and promotion through the last 4 years.
At recruitment time it had promised us to give increament every year.
I'm very unhappy due to its terrible system and behaviour.
