...any. Worklife balance is very good. Company culture and protocols are very good. Salary benefits and appraisals are average.

It's totally regional manager based company. What RM finalized for your region that is full and final. No one put a single question against this. Hr and operational process are very weak and slow. You have to follow up maximum time but they ignore how far they don't feel it's needed .

100% owner order driven company, policy is not up to mark as per industry and Incentive policy is not here, pressure for sell non permission products, employee benefit HR policy is also very shameful like Health, travel, DA etc.

Compensation is not good and internal growth is nothing. Company want to sell non permission products and ready mix product in generic category on very high prices against that job security nothing so i didn't want to recommend for try in this company.

No job security, toxic work culture,zero knowledge sinour persone lead, they dont know about technical knowledge.safety zero level, no iso standards certificate. Zero facility provide for field area poor packing systeam. If your background good company dont go here.
