Vice Principal is a wonder lady. She is very sensible, super teaching methodology , maintains good rapport among the faculties and students. If college is surviving that is because of her only.

...trainings. College dont have any rank or accreditation. Neither NAAC nor NBA. Low salary since it is very low budget college. Back to Back classes are given to facultie till end of the day. Degree as well as PUC classes. Many times Faculties dont even get time even to revise the topics which they need to deliver n class. By chance If any faculty gets any free hour Principal will give some clerical work. Faculties are asked to distribute pamphlets in front of schools, colleges in scorching heat in the name of promotions. Principal is very arrogant and dont hesitate to insult faculty in front of students. Screaming shouting humiliation . Literally principal have no manners how to behave with faculties. HOD Csc will take all easy subjects and tough papers will be given to new joiners. HOD will keep on putting pressure and make complaints to principal against the faculty till he / she fed ups and leave. Many faculties left even without completing an year. Without any prior notice College may terminate the faculty even if he / she is perfoming well. If faculty is serving Notice period , salary is calculated after deducting all Sunday's and holiday's. They never mention in the offer letter about this. So friends be cautious and think twice before joining Williams International College.

One of the worst Principal stays in this college. Principal is horrible. He never respects anyone. So no employee can never stay more than 2 months. Highly toxic work environment. Entire class rooms having very bad smell. only 2 rest rooms for 450 students and all employees. Principal treats the students as well employees very badly. He is the person with full of negative attitudes. No one can stay because Principal shouts very badly with staff Infront of students. He makes everyone to cry.

Horrible experience. Principal shouts purposely with employees infront of students. He doesn't know d basic respect with employees. Nobody can work more than 2 months. Complete bad smell of class rooms. Lack of quality of Principal. He knows only to shout on employees. He does not know d value of faculties He gives 25 hours per week class hours. Faculties gets health issues becoz in that bad smell class rooms they hv to teach n not to sit in d class rooms ordered by d Principal to all teachers. He doesn't hv basic human values.

Complete toxic envt. No hygiene envt. Full of bad smells in al classrooms becoz only 2 rest rooms for d 400 students including teachers. No minimum respect for d Employees cheap mindset ppl with toxic envt. Nobody can work not even 6 months here. Horrible experience
