...jobs, Tekla Modelers always full busy with tight schedule.i have feel like that. salary is good only. after you got a william hare offer letter, don't compare others salary. (Before sign the offfer letter check the salary, you feel good only.) they will give 30% more, i got like that, dont Compare other EPC companies, this is a pure detailing office. i have worked almost 7 years. 2nd time opportunity also given. i learn many things. My Manager is nice person (Ramanan Sir). you feel the 100 % detailing methodology. William hare standared is very nice. i like Too.

Don't go the contract employee. daily need to extend , depending on project schedule and managers.

In William Hare you will get job security if you are a skilled worker. Good work culture.

...e for many years. And they won't go out. So your designation will not change. And salary is average only. For skilled they won't raise the salary. Everyone is same.

Don't join without company employee they take you as 6 months contract basis it's totally waste it will break your career and your hike package to next company join only with direct employee otherwise ignore save your careers

In William hare all of the employees working in more than 5 to 6 years so they did not give respect for new employees and if you joining in contract basis they did not provide experience certificate at the time of reliving if you are ask the hr persons will behave very rudely.

A good work environment, less stress and an understanding and supportive manager. World leaders in field of steel structural fabrication, finishing and erection. Salary and compensation could be better though.

Dislikes

They can do much better by providing better salaries and facilities for the blue collared. Maintaining an equality is very important.
