As an agency WSS having the limitation to pay more .but for a sustainable growth it is not a limitation .my case I joined the firm very late .

A firm that take care employee contribution and give freedom to work freely . Feel like all are equal and working for a common goal .

It is good for beginners and learn , if you are in your middle age package doesn't suits unless you are in a manager level position . But if you join your early career stage surely there will be an opportunity to grow .

I believe our team should enhance our ability to adapt to the changes with the market situations more quickly

Its a balanced company with good culture and policies.

Even it is a good company there are some people who play politics to hide their mistakes. Company should also think about the salary upgrades for all the crew not only top 4

The husbandry dept and radio room is forced to work from office where as the others are given option to work from home.there is no week off for the said department ,we have to work 7 days a week and some times 14 to 15 hrs a day.the company has terminated some employees as well during this pandemic.

Work culture,managers inability etc
