Work Life Balance is good. Saturdays are off. Their products are good. Salary on time.

Dislikes

The management is very bad. It's south people driven company where only south Indian people are given importance and priority After joining from the first month they will threaten you to terminate. Unnecessary sales pressure and high targets without any vision or resources or plan. Zero support from the higher management and operations team. They don't provide any kind of incentives even after committing at the start.

I was not even provided with basic compensation benifits for my full and final settlement other than my monthly salary not even extra 1 rupee. Even PF contribution of the employer is poor. Just disappointed

ASM (Area sales manager) Is worst in the time of interview he agreed for the salary which I asked and I joined the job but after 1 week of work he said tha we can't give u the salary which you asked for and if u start to fight about it he will tell u that I will give you promotion in 2 months and I will increase your salary but he will never increase your salary and he never gonna give u the promotion letter and if u start to ask him about the promotion letter or salary increment he will tell you to resign the job or els he will terminate you. And if you try to complaint about him to Hr or national manager they will not listen to you.. in past 1 years he did the same thing with 5 members from different Wildcraft stores. He just know how to use people that's it
