Day in and day out, employees find themselves relegated to menial tasks, forced to resort to quick fixes ("jugaad") rather than fostering innovative solutions. The company's management leaves much to be desired, and work life balance is virtually nonexistent. Employees often feel like indentured servants as company policies fluctuate unpredictably, creating a hostile environment. In a world that increasingly promotes remote work and a healthy work-life balance, WiJungle stands in stark contrast, where one labors tirelessly without reaping the benefits. Many individuals here sport despondent expressions, enduring this hardship due to lack of better opportunities and the hope of gaining valuable experience.

What's infuriating about WiJungle is how they pay us peanuts while throwing truckloads of money at IIT students who often turn out to be a total disappointments. They are highly under-staffed ,So we slog our guts out, and all they do is pile on more work. Forget about any perks or benefits, it's like the company thrives on watching us burn out while they swim in profits. You start to wonder if the meager pay is worth giving up your life, peace of mind , and the knowledge you posses. WiJungle doesn't offer much in terms of personal growth. Most of the work is just mind-numbingly repetitive, and for some, it's about cloning knockoff versions of bigger , better brand's products. Joining Wijungle? It's the dumbest move I've ever made, and I wouldn't wish the hellhole on my worst enemy, especially if you've got some skills and want to actually grow.

...ment is nice. You can sense good vibes around you which creates positive energy. They pay good to tech people but bit less in non-tech.

In this company, you get a good amount of work due to startup business requirements which results in your overall growth but work life balance should be encouraged by the management.

Don't care how much you've work, but still your performance will remain bad. Salary can be deducted on small small things. Work hours more than you think. There is no employee's policy exists here. No one supports individual ideas. Even not care about Employess's Well- Being. Overall, Working here is like compromising with your life. My Overall Experience is very disgusting in this company.
