There as such nothing to like about this company.( like they say - the grass is greener on the other side of the fence) hypocrites.

...n . unnecessary deductions .not right to ask a question or put a point across. .expansive formalities where ask you to pay for things . control your actions from where to sit to what to talk. . no hikes given, no incentives, no benefits, no recognitions. mentally take you to the stage where you started doubting your worth they don't follow rules. so anytime if they throw you out of the company, you can't go questioning. If you are fresher. don't get trapped. no growth no learning. just a waste or your time , efforts and capabilities.

Hard to write in brief sor time being I just want to say that whyflex is a worst consultancy i have ever worked with. However everyone is so unprofessional over there. No job security at all.Furthermore if i could rate below the zero i will do the same. Management is way more cheap than work culture specially TL And HR . literally they were playing with their employees future.no growth and incriment at all. Be aware 🚫

- Salaries paid after 2 or 3 months - No maternity benefits for women employees. When pregnant they are asked to leave - Zero leadership. - No benefits - Chief revenue officer has no clue what he does

First of all, I would like to thank my Team leads for supporting me to work in whyflex. I learned many things in Recruitment. I like the most important thing is the Work environment

Very nice experience with Whyflex. Team leads are good.. Director Malik sir... Very nice person.. Tabu mam you are a great person. I had work with whyflex for 2.5 years. Got timly incentives. Appraisal was also good. Got good hike. Malik sir gives timely motivation.
