Everything worst here. Man management, timing, salary deduction without cause, behaviour, HR, owner using slang language, no PF, no Mediclaim, full of politics also no safety for women etc etc & nothing to good here. So recommend not waste your valuable time to applying there.

Poor salary, very low below standard appraisal as per market. Biasness and income inequality between same peers of same team performing same task or position

.... Teammates are very supportive and manger also good knowledge and professional. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Everything here is a mess. Talk about culture talk about people talk about its working scenarios it's all a garbage in a box. No vision of company they are completely lost and everyone talks about a million dollar business. Hahaha it's own management doesn't have anything to justify. Poor company, I feely pity on their management, they don't even have a proper office boy who takes care of anything. No grocery in pantry or kitchen whatever you say. Sometimes milk gets over sometimes sugar gets over. Cockroaches roaming inside the microwaves. And all around in pantry Whole of the toilet is a mess you can not even use washroom properly. Whole9YARDS is a whole lost yards. No proper salary timings working here you'll feel you're living in a boarding school. You need permissions to even eat your lunch and go for a break. Alot to say but think millions of time before joining this firm
