1. management: one of the worst management teams, dynamic decisions taken by confused minds. Purely toxic culture, team leads take credit for your entire work and if something breaks then the blame is on you. 2. work hours: you can come as early as possible and go as late as possible. They falsely commit about work culture and you have to compulsorily work on Saturdays without comp-offs or bonuses. 3. Salary: the salary offered is the lowest among the industries and on appraisal cycle they talk about the company resources are used and what not to give you meager hike 4. technology: legacy technologies used for product development without any best practices.

Nothing is likable here. Worst work culture. the Business head thinks he is god and does nothing. this company is expects from their employees to be a superhero and in return they give nothing
