Top management is more interested on the income part due to which they are missing bottom line activities and motivation at the ground level activities. R&R activities for to bottom level employee, team bonding exercise at zonal and regional level are completely missing. Top management is very heavy in terms of cost and hierarchy. Less chance for internal growth. Which is only possible, if positions get vacant.
