Only Freshers to start their career, learn a lot. Otherwise just an okayish way to earn.

Coordination among various departments required a lot of improvement. Salary is below industry standards. Work life balance can't be created.

No job security as they would make sure make you leave because they can't afford to pay you accordingly. So much of politics within the departments. Don't waste your time by joining this organisation.

No matter how best you give and do for the organization, they will never appreciate your work instead demotivates. Beware of these kinda organizations who don't and never would appreciate your talent.

Nothing to like about it, only you will find good staff there who also suffering from them lol. And don't really believe on their 5 star reviews here and specially on Google, they are fraudsters

...in market, like their image, you can't work with them for more than 4-5 months. They will find every possible way to cut their salary to meet their expenses😂 They have worked with more than 250+ vendor in delhi/ncr and all are vendor not happy with them by chance you have called their previous vendors then you gonna listen only one thing from them that they are fraudsters

I was fresher when i joined the company whiteshurb. I was in a E-commerce department. I learned a lot about E-commerce company. Good work environment enjoy working with my teammates. And i am very pleased with the level of support I have received by the teammates.

To be honest Nothing. I was fresher they give me opportunity to work with them. And i leaned a alot main issue was the salary they are providing.
