There is no company culture, it is worst company to join, salary no given on time, your salary will be kept on hold for no reason for 6 month to 1 year, will mot recommend any of my colleagues or friends, there are few people who do khabri to CEO

The school staff and the principal is really supportive.

Dislikes

In my personal opinion, I didn't find the school or the work culture intriguing. The strength of the school is extremely poor and therefore the tasks assigned to a teacher are unbalanced and unreasonable. The school is trying very hard to improve the administration but still runs the school conventionally. I didn't see any scope of skill improvement here as an ex-employee. Honestly, few employees aren't really qualified for their current posts.

White Lotus international school is excellent in many aspects, but to be specific I would say job security and work culture. I have been in a safe position since I joined the organization. Work culture is great and I love to be a part of it.

Dislikes

Although I love working at the place, however, few things which could be better are appraisal and benefits like cafeteria or gymnasium..
