...howcase your skills to the management. Management is not really approachable. Growth in terms of Pay and Promotions is very very very slow, you need to learn to play politics in a much better way than to upskill your work.

Poor management in terms understanding the employee and helping them in professional growth. False promises given during the time of appraisal. Biased and partial decisions made by HOD. They will put juniors above you and you will be eventually sidelined and unheard. HOD will keep grudges and try to stop your monetary growth. You will stay under paid until you leave the organisation

Whistling Woods is the place where every employee would love to work. There might be some descrepancies but overall its a good place to work. Working here is like a getting dream job.

1. Work Culture (Beautiful campus, Employee activities and engagement) 2. People (My colleagues are not just my colleagues but I have also managed to make some friends for Life) 3. Ms. Veena Nediyath is the only HR who goes out reach to listen to her employees and to listen to employee concerns and tries to solve it effeciently.

1. Your reporting manager is your report card to the management. You don’t have one on one interaction with the management to showcase your skill set and capabilities. 2. You lack recognition and minimum appraisal every year

Worked with Whistling Woods International for the last 5 years as an Admissions Advisor and will have to say that it has been one of the best place to work with and work for. You get to meet and work with different individuals, also gives you an opportunity to grow. Will always be grateful for all the opportunities i got here. Thankyou and gratitude always.
