There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.i am not resign but company hr said in corona period toh resign other wise traminate. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very Worst and Fake and Fraud company I ever see Company told me 13,500 Salary in hand plus incentive after 15 cases but nothing happened to me given salary is 10,200 Only and incentive zero Totally Fake people

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

leadership team is beyond our imagination..even they are doing unscrupulous things management keeps quite. Entire leadership team is such that cannot work with. For me it is ethics

It was bigger challenge because it was a start up company. But I hope it becomes more successful here in Kolkata.
