...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing much to write about good things, Even though with good orders management is taking advantage of cutting own employee salary's and layoff took place. No skills development programs for employees, work life balance is worst. No work from home option. Poor HR administration.

I worked here as a internship trainee and I learnt a lot of things here because this is the first company i enter and first time came to Bangalore to do internship here.. great experience and thanks to wevin family

Was the good environment and work culture,Guiding & evaluating our performance, colleagues are skilled, open minded to share their skills, working culture and manufacturing techniques was filled with innovation & Systematic, salary will be completely depend upon the performance, administration was good and responsible for all the queries we had as per the company procedure, overall good place to work.
