I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. ...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing much to write about good things, Even though with good orders management is taking advantage of cutting own employee salary's and layoff took place. No skills development programs for employees, work life balance is worst. No work from home option. Poor HR administration.
