Now they have decreased salary and people are not getting promoted that much and incentive structure are decreased also because they are not getting business since zudio has come across.

I like the environment here and the work is also good and westside gives you a lot to learn like sales billing backend, you can also learn it.

Dislikes

There salary is not incremented on yearly basis and appraisal is also done very late, this is the problem and the pressure of work is very high And one fixed is not less, you have to do multiple things.

Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. I know that people with my job earn better, in many companies in this area. And I see no reason why I shouldn’t earn more. I want to assure you that I discussed the issue with my manager. But they said that in the current state of economy they could not offer me anything better.

...ot. And very bad wrong things in there holiday forcing people to caming in job. I know company double pay that day. but that's mean this not company forcing us.

This is good company to work. There also good SOP and also good environment to work in a healthy position.

...ir decision. They creat a guid line to follow that rules but they wont follow . Over time duty hours but no extra pay. Womens sefty ( late night shift. Till 9 PM ) . Low manpower budget. Over excced work pressure. Due to manpower budget.
