Company was too much better. But there's co-worker always involved in politics with emloyees and store manager also good but department manager not like a manager... appraisal system based on manager not to the work performance. Having the job we learned more skills.

Company provide salary 8000/- per salesman and also employee's but manager and owner give only 3500, 4000, 4500, 5000/- beacaus of the company was unroll and workers feedback feed managers. But company's facilities was too good to the employee and customer.

Very proud to be the part of TATA Group. Overall good experience. Salary and other benifits a good.

Usually the timing. Its Actually because of the store manager it is hard to have a work life balance because you have to give approx 10.30hr in a day . And i think this problem will never resolve.

Working at Westside is that salary is always on time that's a good thing and rest not good.. i mean people who are graduate well educated they cannot stay there for long, as we can make out what's going on.. while others are like puppets will do what they're told

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is very poor.. infant single small family can not run with this salary, and also growth is very slow.. No opportunity for girls. 6-7 years old employees but no growth...
