Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. 1. trained the fresh entry nautical cadets as per IMO modules. 2. 1st year jointly worked with city of Glasgow college and did affiliation with an individual and with the team as a whole. finally succeed. 2.made a new institution with a standard criteria. 4. follow up routine self and manage to other successfully.

1. no strict rule could maintained as it was paid academy for cadets. 2. proper training equipment, materials, space was unavaivable. 3. lack of competence professionals. 4. No- simulator and workshop for fresher cadets.
