Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, i have to work 16-18 hours straight ina day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience.
