...owth, no employee value, no planning, higher management disturbing, no decision right to plant head or quality head, poor salary, no any facilities, out of Gujarat candidate - avoid to join strictly, only Gujarati language works, worst HR policies, no response from HR or management, & lots of more.....

I will learn more and more than in west coast pharma...all members nd amployes of west coast is have good behavior nd my only two months expirience in QA department is such a specialy benifited nd all the QA department person nd specialy thanks to ankita mem (QA head),nandis sir,and my sinior IPQA friend Ronak Kikani ........ Thanks a lot

west coast pharma.pvt.ltd is have the week points Is that a freshers and expirienced employs salary is that very low for the person have a work.....thats the reason of the employs stability in your compony is that not a stable..... Sorry for that but that is fact ..... And i would like to work in weast coast again when your employs salary grow nd compony is follow the government rules and pay salary

They don't agree to pay salary, they say bring sales and then ask for salary, they have all the products common, I was in Gynecology. There is a lot of politics in it, if we do something good,Still they keep the boy they like. The staff changes every year. When I was in training session, there was no hotel stay it was all upon us, they said that you watch yourself that's not our responsibility.

Salary expenses not on time, Any time with out the reason they deduct your expenses, You have to work 365 day, If you take leave they deduct your salary. they keep your one month salary and whatever you take leave they deduct and than rest of days salary they give in month of May every year, They dont settle your account. Advise not to work in such bad company don't spoil your career
