Provides Offer Letter named as Subcontractor Document, which means you will be treated as a Subcontractor and not an Employee and will Fall into a Contractor or Professional tax rebate, where 10% of your tax will be deducted instead of ITR which is no refundable every month since you are not any Employee. 2. No perks, no PF, no Healthcare since you are a Subcontractor. 3. Excessive working hours, without getting compensated. 4. Compensation below market standards. 5. Higher Management has a monopoly from last 8 years, blame game on its peak. Note that they will never be wrong.
