Management not judging working of employees they only checking their personal issues. there is no fix timing for job. they are saying office time is 9;30am to 6:30pm, but we need to work minimum 8:30 pm for their satisfaction even they is no work.

No job security there. If management didnt like employees personal life, they will effect their jobs
