There being support to supervisor who get higher salary and limited work and report about all staff to higher management. My advice is that take engineer who can do all thing like tendering, billing, superstition, erp,materials indent,materials verification etc..

1) Leave carry forward not available, 2) If any one complaining then don't react to hear one side, keep both people in front of you for right judgment. 3)should prefer engineer instead of supervisor because engineer can do every thing like tendering, billing, ERP, meeting with consultant, site supervision.

Keep your eyes close n mouth shut if you see some fraud going on, because key people are involved in it. If you know buttering, you can survive without performance. If not, your efforts are waste. Poor Hardcastle management not aware about the scams happening in their group company.

Very disappointing work experience culture is very poor we don't have life in west pioneer company no management support for staff very very poor company for staff.

Excellent working environment. Teammates are too good to work with. This job almost changed my career. You can learn a lot from here. Top Management is very cooperative.

Dislikes

Some where work hours are more & as operational person sometimes you have to work on all the holidays. Except 2-3 people every employee was like a Gem .
