...ince it is emergency department then timing may be increased as per work load. Pay and compensation is less as compared to central govt but better as compared to many state govt. Career growth for Diploma Engineer is very bad. HR department is very very slow. Transfer policy for outsider candidate is also very bad.

Health insurance is very bad. Very less tie up with good hospitals. Dependent policy is very bad.

...ng, car fare. I am working continuous 7 hours outside during pandemic situation. Not only that that also not providing sufficient salary to me.

Because, they are not listening our minimum problem and present socio economic situation in India.

Other than job security and decent compensation, there is not much to write home about the organization. There is too mich red tape, and the administration (A) part of HR & A is prominent with very little scope for value addition in HR.

The company is very poor and nacoleted. And behavior is the poor.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high, I have to work 14-18 hours. I have to Evey day visit sight to sight and motivate to the divisional engineer and assistant engineer.
