Company very good , i love work We personal established from the ground . People not recognising out efforts . Esspecially that Gm has to be change attitude

Dislikes

Compensation is fair enough, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have use to work 23 hours straight in a day . Gm doesn’t have values an individual unique strength. Which i to have take back my suggestion most of time . I do receive many many appreciation from clients but mostly my management go unnoticed during my tenure. I have received pain only most of the times, to save my life I quit from that company purely because of Gm Baskar Rao

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, I love the fact that i am a part of a team, it produces high quality products. Lot of opportunities to learn. Initial RM mining, in process material like glaze frit & sodium silicate are produced in house. Management encourages to learn new developments. Another plus point is that my colleagues are from various cultural back grounds, and we work as a team in achieve our goals.
