No increment, no growth, only poor politics, poor management, horrible work life balance, poor salary, inexperienced management people, non technical person in material procurement, bad quality products

Good work environment, office decoration is good, flexibility in work

Dislikes

Poor salary structure, no benefit of working in holidays. No extra allowance for travel outstation. Career growth is very slow. Bond of 3 years. Management don't adress our issue. Excessive travel without proper planning. Work family life balance horrible.

Wesman gives you confidence to handle different applications , customers, having good name in foundry market .Working environment is good.

It's service base industries so you are available customer for 24hours. Salary structure is very bad as per present market comparison.You are responsible for all projects , getting appriciation of good work from customer.

You can learn many thing. Core engineering concept in combustion field. For me i have gain my knowledge from this company. Design team , contract teams are very friendly, good co workers and also helpfull.

Dislike list is liike a rope Management is very bad. .cheap level politics. ED doesn't know how to manage a company.Manager are like sales man they don't have any skill to manage a team.only working for incentive and over money. No one care about your ability or knowledge. For bootlicker gain their value , doesn't matter what you are.

Company has a good name in market and Work life balance is good. Since company deals with some pioneer organization and it's products are being used in almost all types of industry so if you are a good learner you can learn alot from these customer.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. If someone joins the company he should forget about any increments and pramotion for minimum three to four years. Managers don't value individual strength and suggestions. They do only those things which suits to their individual growth. There is no culture of appraisal, only favorite gets pramotion. No matter how intelligent and dedicated you are, if you are not in the list of favorite you will always be poked.
