I have temporarily data entry operator at wesco I have 9 year experience in wesco for data entry but salary is only 2000 so I want my job to be regular

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There are so much opportunity to do better in this company.but system is irregular.proper training and support required is required for every subordinate.all should be digital.

No training to employee.working environment is so critical.officers are harassed by doing job for 24hours a day.even if holidays are in calendar only.but in field engineers are doing their job.

Some problems are created by some people .in 2 years experience there s lot of politics seeing over there..but that doesnt mske my career slow.thank u

Team sprit is there to accomplish any task assignment by govt. It’s a govt taken over Utility. So job security is there. Most important is that the consumer mix here is very much balanced. Due to prospective industrial sector , it’s the best Utility in Odisha.
