There is a huge problem of salary/appraisal in this organization.I show such a company for the first time which can do any harm to anyone for its own benefits and poor management also does not listen to anyone.I have bad experience with this organization.

good work-life balance, good salary, i enjoyed working with my colleagues. cross learning is best i found in company. i worked for one year and learning knowledge about marketing .

no work from home opportunities, less benefits and recreational activities compared to Mnc comapnies.

...on. Company policy are excellent, fair appraisal and have good bonus every year. Salary hike depends on yearly working achievements. Every year wep solutions organized games for employees and casuals, anybody can take part in the events.

This is the best company for freshers and budding professionals. Though small but a very complex and challenging work environment which gives you the perfect learning opportunity. Senior people are like father figure and they will always encourage you to do your best. You are helped in all possible ways

...much about dislikes, but still there is little scope of improvement if possible. Like salary should be increased for diserving employees.
