I like working environment, manager is also good.

Salary is too low for freshers and average for experience people. one more thing is they give assignment for freshers, for that freshers didn't get any help from experience people.

The employee's are very friendly and supportive.For a fresher who want work experience and to learn its good if they can ignore the salary part.

...r any growth.The management people and CEO are only good in motivational speech. There is no appreciation of your work in terms of words as well as salary.There is no hike policy they follow and if you are a fresher have to work at least 6 months without salary and then after 6 months also they will start giving 5k/month.This is really terrible and every one faced the same who ever joined there as a fresher.I have worked for more than 3 years and when i put my paper, from that time the CEO stops talking with me and behaves like as if he don't know me.This is the unprofessional ism they will show and while leaving they will not provide your last month salary after serving 2 months notice also, its really very bad experience.
