Warning: Terrible Company Experience I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience with Wenour. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Let me break down the reasons why: 1. Salary Delays: One of the most frustrating aspects of my time at Wenour was the consistent delay in receiving my salary. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for their employees. 2. Fraudulent Practices: Wenour engages in fraudulent activities that compromise their integrity. I witnessed firsthand instances where the company manipulated financial records and deceived clients to boost profits. 3. Toxic Office Politics: The work environment at Wenour was suffocating due to the toxic office politics that prevailed. It seemed like promotions and recognition were solely based on personal relationships and favoritism rather than merit and hard work. 4. Unjustified Termination: Employees at Wenour live in constant fear of being terminated without any valid reason. Numerous colleagues were abruptly let go without any explanation or warning. In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering working for Wenour to steer clear. The consistent salary delays, fraudulent practices, toxic office politics, and unjustified terminations make this company a nightmare to be a part of. Save yourself the stress and disappointment by seeking employment elsewhere.

innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Worst place to work .This company has nothing to like, HR is here for only fun stuff and parties, they will not come on regular basis, HIPPA policy is violated daily and employees doesn't get salary on time, They sucks up your soul, everything sucks here
