    There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Retd force person salary is very hight but engineer & knowledgeable to technology person salary is very small.

    Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes ,I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into th night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

    Politics, some old employees rule the company.. .I would like to bring to your attention several concerns regarding the leadership within the Engineering Department at Anjar, particularly under Mr. Ashish Rathore’s management. It appears that his leadership style is having a negative impact on the overall work environment. His approach to managing the team has been perceived as overly authoritarian, and there are concerns that he treats employees in a manner that discourages professional development and independent thinking. Additionally, Mr. Rathore has shown a clear preference for promoting individuals like Mr. Surendra Sharma, whose qualifications seem to be inconsistent with the elevated roles he has received. Mr. Sharma, who originally held a diploma and worked as a fitter, has been promoted continuously to the position of AGM despite concerns about his qualifications and subject knowledge. This has raised questions among other employees about the criteria for promotions within the department. I kindly request that the HR department look into both the leadership style of Mr. Rathore and the promotion process within the Engineering Department, particularly with regard to Mr. Sharma's qualifications and subject expertise. Employees feel that the current practices are not conducive to a healthy and professional work environment. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I trust that appropriate steps will be taken to address these concerns.
