Good management and feels job security and also good work environment due to fully freedom for work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes ,I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into th night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

...e by the organization with innovative trainning according to market requirement. And time to time as per performance will be appraisal/salary increased with promotion by the organization.

Organization Top/Senior management policy is not good all type the monopoly system/principle allowed on junior staff and labour. None system and training provided for junior staff and labour due to increase production.

Only Anjar Location of Welspun Group is Best in Work Culture.Rest Locations are worst. Work Pressure is Only During Buyer Audit. Flexible Timing.Job Security is Average. Good in Use New Age Technology

For salary point of view, it's a good company to get it on time.

Overall a toxic and political atmosphere there which doesn't allow anyone to show their skills and do something for the company which will help him advance his own career also.

It's good to work at welspun because we learn many things about welspun & the staff behaviour is also good I was completed 3 months form trainee

At welspun many people are working and but too many are in same salary package and canteen should be also changes
